Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Late Cancel, and No Show

We require 24 business hours notice if you will be cancelling your appointment. Business hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm.

We do not accept notice of cancellations on weekends, or Mondays of a long weekend. If you cancel or no show with less than 24 business hours, the full fee will apply.

Missed appointments and late cancelled appointments represent a loss of opportunity for someone else to receive services. Therefore, It is with great appreciation that you let us know in advance.

If you have not arrived, or I am unable to reach you, or you have not logged on, I will assume you are delayed and will wait for 15 minutes and the full session fee will apply.

We do understand that emergencies happen!
